Oh, I wonder if I could make a jalapeño syrup. I have made a Sriracha one for cocktails, but a pepper and lime one? That could make an interesting Italian soda.

I think of you roasters them and then cooked them down for syrup ....
I've never done it...
Or if you juices them like for jelly ... Only syrup instead

The trick is finding a tap and bucket small enough to hammer into the trunk of the jalapeño plant.
