I was given some and told try this...Had ghost pepper fudge. It was really good. The sugar and milk in the fudge helped cut down the burn, and you really got the flavor of the pepper, which is remarkable. Still a lot of burn, but not "shoot me now" levels of burn.
There wasn't much in the glass so I downed it. "Um dude, that was ghost pepper beer..."
Tho their astonishment and my credit, all I did was get a little red.
They were impressed.
