Oh, I am sorry, love. I understand a bit of that, from a wholly different direction, but feeling unloved by your father hurts regardless.

I go down to our Pride events with a t-shirt that says, "Free hugs from a Dad." It is both wonderful and horrifying how many I get, and how much crying goes on.

Oh, I like that one! Nice composition, and it reminded me that it has been far too long since I have had a fresh shooter. (I have a tee-shirt from Pacific Seafood Company that says, "you never forget the taste of your first oyster." )

Now I want to go to the beach...not work.
