It’s amazing what simply doing something does for my mindset when I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. It can be as mundane as getting the dishes done and put away, or going for a walk and getting my heart rate up a bit. Doing something helps!

It’s not particularly exciting.. it involves a birthday and an excess of shots that only birthdays in your 20s are capable of surviving … someone buying tequila as part of the shotganza … taking the shot, immediately puking in the bathroom.. then coming back out and doing more shots.
Then passing out in the car on the way home.
