So this ignore feature, is it a one sided thing? In that if I ignore someone, I can't see what they post.

But does it prevent them from seeing what I post?
(I would want to be able to do that if possible.)

If the are the last poster in a thread you go into, all you'll see is their name and content will be blocked out. You can only see it if you click on it. If someone posts after them, you won't even know they posted.

However, anyone on your ignore list will still see your posts. If they "like" them, it won't show in your notifications. They will not be able to message you.

They aren’t on Lit themselves, they just interrupt me when I am. Often saying things like “Put that back in your trousers and show me your bus ticket instead.”

It used to bother me, when I cared. Lucky for me, now I don't take LIT seriously and it isn't important to me, just a tool when I am bored.

Admins at some other sites seem to have become cranky and eager to ban in the last few years. So many long term members are gone that I don't check those sites now. The annoying people here are ignored easily enough.

I've kind of stopped caring about who uses it on me. That's taken a lot of work. I've always cared too much about why someone doesn't like me, or who/ what they are basing their opinions of me on.
Mostly because I did that for too long myself. Judged others off my friends opinions. I shouldn't have done that.
