I became an Ottawa fan because in the early 90's a whole bunch of northern cities (where hockey *should* be played) lost their teams to swamp cities and desert cities in the south. Ew. So I decided I'd support the one team they added in Canada where the sport belongs.
S2 was much better than S1. I’m so on board with most of the story changes.

I really expected to not like Sandman and I was very very wrong. It’s good.
It’s hard to say. I finally forced myself to read all the books over Covid and I don’t exactly…regret it…but they are very bad for very long stretches. I think the show does a pretty good job of condensing the story and taking out the most problematic misogyny, while explaining enough of what’s going on that you can go in cold. But I don’t have that perspective to say for certain.

Sandman is great. Even if you just watch the last episode. But... watch it all of course.
And you can drink a beer with the players when the game is over.
