Anyone who wants to claim he was also talking about any other vaccinations is trying to squeeze additional meaning into his statement.

Let me break it down as simply as possible for you:

If he meant any and all vacinations, he's also talking about Covid.

If he was only talking about one very well known and contentious vaccine mandate combined with masking, he's talking about Covid.

Covid is the only certain topic he's talking about, claiming he's talking about anything else is, as you correctly put it, guessing.

Claiming he was talking about anything else is the actual guess work and a very obvious attempt to put words in his mouth.

What did he mean? You obviously have no problem with his words. I have huge problems with them. But apparently you don't. So what did he mean and why is it not a problem?
