I asked a pest control dude about a spider I thought might be a false black widow because I don't like to kill spiders unless they are lethal and he said that even if it is a false widow kill it. You can never be too sure.

There are brown widows, black widows and brown recluses where I live.

I love wolf, argiope and smiley crab spiders. So cute!

Orowheat Country French used to be the best grilled cheese bread, but sadly, they discontinued it ages ago. I guess sourdough and sharp cheddar. Other cheeses are great for other applications, but can’t beat sharp cheddar for grilled cheese!

If I was going fancy/artisanal that's probably what I would do. I usually do multiple cheeses. But I generally lean towards sharp cheddar.

Re: tomatoes in grilled cheese: No. Just no.

However…if it’s a panini with Italian meats and cheeses, onions, pepperocinis, maybe bell peppers, etc…then sliced tomatoes or even sun-dried tomatoes would be welcome. Finish with some deli mustard, olive oil & vinegar, orrrr pesto? Fuck yes! But then it’s obviously a panini and not a grilled cheese
