I absolutely agree. The best poutine I’ve ever had was in Montreal at La Banquise. Busy place. But damn do they bring it with their poutine.

Mine is Oreo and spray cheese

I really cannot think of any. Although I'm sure I have some... I used to make chicken with teriyaki sauce and cheese. That was pretty odd but tasted good. I know someone who is convinced that no matter what beverage you dip an oreo in, it tastes the same. Milk, water, whiskey, soda, etc. I still have not tried it because I do not want to ruin oreos. (and no, CCG, I will not try it with spray cheese )
