Who has an extra super efficient way of packing for a trip? I always over think and pack too much. I'm exhausted and I've only packed my jammies.

I start by making a list. Actually counting what I will need.

The worst trips are the ones you don't really know what will happen in advance, or with lots of different activities. Like, having outdoor activities in winter and going shopping and going out dancing at night (heck for a ball I need a bag of its own - a big handbag with specific shoes and a 50's dress with tulle petticoat etc etc...) - that makes for some big luggage for a weekend only.
