Beyonder was an entity from a series called Secret Wars.
A very complicated character. In the first version, his power was stolen by Doctor Doom. The heroes had to get him to give it back.
The next series had him experience life on Earth. That's when I lost track. This was in the 80's.
I didn't see the commercial yet. I guess I need to do that tonight.
