It’s just the absurdity of taking clips from one of Jean Claude Van Damme’s first and worst (saying something) movies and adding random clips of Bruce Lee with that terrible soundtrack to make a fake training video in very 80’s style that makes me laugh.

Oh - I didn’t realize there was JCVD stuff in there. I recognized the soundtrack at the very beginning from Enter The Dragon, then the music turned awful, with the still pics of Bruce. At that point, I had to go hurl because really shitty soundtracks do that to me.
