I get dressed so I can go downstairs and eat breakfast. But I don’t put on my over shirt because spills happen. Perfectly rational and normal. And then I brush my teeth also before the shirt because I have never mastered keeping the paste in my mouth. I have issues. It’s very unkind to point them out .

Generally this is the order. Sometimes socks before pants but usually that’s only when I have everything out and my socks are just closer. Except bra only if I’m leaving the house.
