I would posit that the pain is comparable to a man being whacked full in the nuts. The major difference being that most grown men can go years and years at a stretch without getting whacked full in the nuts, whereas women have to experience it every 28 days for a good 35 - 40 years straight, unless they are pregnant which brings new and equally exciting pains.

Menstrual pain typically lasts longer too. Having a hysterectomy was the best thing to happen to me , the reason not so much lmao.
