Cheesecake Factory’s 30th anniversary cheesecake is basically this and it’s delicious. I can’t believe I’ve never thought to do this though. One of my crowd pleasing recipes is mini Oreo cheesecakes. So good.

My SO is south american. However, there is also a large Chinese population in his country as well. So there's a bit of that in his genes. Our middle child got all of it, right down to the lactose intolerance. She jokes that ice cream is worth the explosive diarrhea
