Earthquakes are usually more of a "LOL did you feel that?" "Feel what?" "Wasn't that an earthquake just now?" "Oh...yeah, probably" kind of event. Wildfires only affect certain areas on the outskirts of the metro sprawl and floods aren't too bad if you stay home and don't try to wade or drive through them like an idiot.
