Neither did Trump. However there is abundant physical and circumstantial evidence that Biden took bribes and failed to secure our border and our national security. That amounts to treason, bribes and misdemeanors. Maybe Biden should be eliminated from republican state ballots. I hope not, with Biden on the ballot Trump wins.

No, it does not. OJ was acquitted, then found liable in the civil suit against him, just for one particularly famous example. Likewise, the issue at hand in Colorado was a civil one, not a criminal one. Civil suits have a lower standard of proof than criminal ones.
