Sex & Shenanigans

Hey folks! Not at all sure this won't fall completely flat here but I have got to know: The Doctor will be on our screens again this weekend, who's excited?

Love,
Thom
Over the moon esp that Russell T is back doing it, cannot wait to see the delightful Neil Patrick Harris, skeptical about Tennant being back, really skeptical and really not looking forward to seeing Donna Noble again, hated her character but stuck with the series she was in because the show wasn't just about her. The 'Doctor Donna' made me cringe like fuck, still does. She was in 1 decent episode, Turn Left.
Out of the reboot id put them in order of Matt Smith, Peter Capaldi, Tennant and then Eccleston but I recon if Eccleston had stuck around longer he'd be higher.
I loved Tennant, dont get me wrong, didn't want him to go, like his final line, but Smith was the most charming, amazing and captivating Doctor ever for me and Amelia Pond is the greatest companion ever, the chemistry with the doctor was magical and I cried like a baby at Matts regen scene when Amelia said goodnight raggedy man.
Capaldi is and the most underrated doctor, his performance was superb and for me made the best ever episode of Doctor Who, even higher than Blink for me and he carried the entire episode on his own, perfection..
Sorry, I could talk for days.

Scotland m'lady, land of the pale skinned ginger people..

Though I am neither

Well maybe pale skinned..

My mate I work with is a ginger pale skin, I remember 1st week we were working I was taking the mick asking if his cock looked like Beaker from the muppet show upside down, he said dont knock it his girlfriend loved his ginger pubes 🤣🤣
Dammit, I’m never going to be able to look at Beaker the same way again, and I fucking LOVE all things Muppets!

David Tennant is back! *squeals*

Oh yes he is! And so is Donna... I loved them as a tardis duo!

Same, girl, same. Not as much as Matt Smith, but a very close second.

I wish it was Rose!

Love Tennant and Smith. Also haaated Donna, but her grandfather was delightful, as was Rory’s dad. Rose’s mom and BF were the worst. Liked Martha, really liked Nardole. Loved the Ponds so hard; all 3 of them!

Love talking to a fellow whovian, all friends even though we don't agree on everything. (I loved Donna)
I actually also loved 13's exit ( and for the jackals, no, not because it meant her run was over) "Doctor Whomever I am going to be, tag, you're it" wonderfull!

Let's please not forget Bill. She was so great! Such a shame she only got one season, she contrasted with Capaldi so we'll!

😁

Capaldi in Heaven Sent, Dr Who meets Groundhog Day. Anyone I meet that says they don't rate Capaldi I throw that episode in their face, nae literally mind, I'm a lover nae a fighter 😆
I dont think any of the modern actors would have tackled it as well. The gravitas, the thought of living through that for over 4 billion years, the way Capaldi played the role, replaying the darkness of the character over and over, the unrelenting pursuit and never ending quest, it had humour, fear, so much raw emotion, it could have been handled so badly but wasn't, to me is everything that's good about the programme..
Blink was amazing and no joke I actually went online and bought a tshirt with 'the angels have the phonebox' on it. I had too! I mean come on!
I have a dalek and a sonic screwdriver on my house keyring, again not joking, I have an encyclopedia on my bookshelf, a Dr Who scarf somewhere..
Major geek 🤓
Like Major..
