Palestine's population after WW1 was about 10% Jewish, 80% Muslim and 10% Christian. What is Israel today was from 1517 to 1917 along with most of what is called the Middle East was controlled by the Ottoman Empire which was Islamic but not ruled by Arabs, or people called "Palestinians." After WWI came the Balfour Declaration and the British mandate over Palestine approved by the League of Nations in 1922. The British controlled Palestine until Israel became an independent country in 1947. What you say above is incorrect and unsupported by history.
Even at the time just before Israel's founding in 1948, the Jewish population of Palestine was about 32%. Zionist terrorist militias then expelled over 700,000 of the 1.2 million Gentile (i.e. non-Jewish) Palestinians from their land, and started inviting Jews around the world to come to Israel and live there (for demographic purposes).
