Sex & Shenanigans

Ho ho hoe
Damn, @YourSecretSanta ’s workshop has been busy! 😋

Choose your plate!
A, B, 2, 3, 4, F, G, 5, 6, 8, plus gravy!

A&B, 2,3,&4, E, 5&8.
No, I'm not going to limit myself to just one from each group. That's madness.

Pass the gravy.
So close, but I like the way you think!

a,b,d,1,2,3,4,e,f,g
for dessert - 5,7,8

I am shocked that gravy isn't there, not that I am gravy person but I always associate it with Thanksgiving.
Getting closer!

Not to brag, but my stuffing is pretty damn good.

Oh I do great stuffing

Saaame!

This year, our Thanksgiving is going to be lasagna since the SO doesn't want to cook too much.
Her family has shrunk a bunch, so we are only having 8 folks over this year.
Lasagna is my favorite food when someone other than me is cooking! 😍 Nothing wrong with non-traditional holiday foods when you don’t have the numbers. I used to make pork tenderloin for Easter when it was just me and the ex-BF, and it was better than even the best ham I’ve ever had!

Sausage corn bread stuffing is the way, although I use breakfast sausage and a non sweet cornbread
The cornbread I use in the stuffing isn’t sweetENED, but cornbread by nature is still a bit sweeter than regular bread stuffing.

My roommate makes cornbread by substituting the milk with…either canned evaporated milk or sweetened condensed milk, I’ll have to double check, but they’re sooo sweet and moist! I definitely would NOT use moist cornbread in stuffing (I actually let them dry out overnight), but if I made extra for the table, which I usually do, I would make them that way from now on!

We make the cornbread the night before and leave it out and it has almost no sugar. You wouldn’t really want to eat this cornbread stand alone unless you have the opposite of a sweet tooth.

I have gotten hooked onto corn bread dressing, you do that and add a slice of cranberry sauce ontop, mmmmmmm🤤

Ooh but stuffing and cranberry sauce on a turkey sandwich the next day is the best! I also like to take full credit for US sandwich chain Capriotti’s temporarily adding gravy to their menu a few years back 😋
