I had my first major work event that I planned (gave $3500 worth of free books to school age kids in a really poor district, which made my heart happy 😍), celebrated with a milkshake. Currently paying for said milkshake with cramps but it was #worthit 😂🤣

Woohoo Nice on the event!! I'm sure those kids will enjoy the free books, I know I would if i were them. Milkshake, yeah had one of those as well, but definitely sounds like a great day indeed!!

I sure hope so! I’m pretty sure reading saved my life as a youth and paying it forward felt good to do. 🥰so we’ll see if I I can get additional funding and do it again 🤞🏾🤞🏾

I love farm stands!!! They are disappearing from my neighborhood but some of the older farms still have them. I drive to a lady to get my eggs and say high to the chickens once a week 🤭

I'm sure you can find the additional funding. One of my hubs friends, donates computers to children in need and such. So I have seen the pay it forward and have always felt the good from it.

Oh yes same on the milkshake, but mine wasn't orange creamsicle haha

Huh. Sure enough. I was providing feedback to a new Lit author, on a follow-up chapter to a recent story he'd written. In the process, I stumbled across this document and reread it. It was the beginning of a second chapter or continuation to geek_writer's Taming the Beast Within. He never did anything with it, and I balked at his suggestion that I should publish it on my account, since it was clearly intended as a follow-up to his story.

I don’t know the original author you mentioned, but I’ve seen his name come up a few times. Are his stories still around?

What do you plan to do with the work you came across? Can you reach out to ask if you can continue it?

I linked it to him in Discord, as a kind of "poke." We've played Diablo 3 together, but he's been busy teaching and I haven't been able to catch up with him lately. His stories are still on the site here, as well as the other 2 places he posts stories.

Good luck! I have so many authors to check out on here 😅 I’ll never get through them all.

What class did you play in Diablo 3? I was the witch doctor lol
