Lovecraft68 and I can get in a knife fight over Loving Wives. Foam knives, of course. I don't like my odds.

This is actually a great idea. Sounds fun. I would be the odd one out though. I haven't been on the forums for long.I’d suggest we just organize one big AH Writers con and everyone is invited for a meet and greet so nobody is left out… but something tells me a bunch of horny erotica writers in one place isn’t going to go over quite the way I imagine.![]()
Hey, then you get to meet a bunch of AH accounts! The honest answer is Tilan.

There are quite a few I'd like to meet in person, for various reasons. As I've said a zillion times, I'm not, nor have I ever been, opposed to meeting up with someone from here. Done it a dozen times or more in the past; fucked a few of them and made out with more, camped with one - my family and hers, had dinner with a few others...and never worried about it once. I find it fascinating that in the recent past, only one person I've chatted with has been willing to meet for lunch.
Has the world changed that much?
To answer the question - because I know he doesn't mind me tagging him - @NoTalentHack is one of the writers in TX I know from here that I'd love to have dinner with and pick his totally off-the-wall brain. We think a lot alike, and I believe we could be platonic besties! He'd of course have to bring @EmilyMiller with him and we could have a raucous time!
@seraph_nocturne - you're not too far distance wise and I love your Dead World stories and we could talk about the End of the World over lunch for sure!
Several others I'd meet....for lunch, for dinner, for whatever goes in the moment...but eh, such is life, right? No tagging of them, sadly, but you know who you are because I've told you so.
Sweet of you to say - raucous is my middle name. Actually, that’s not true. I would love to be there when @seraph_nocturne and @MediocreAuthor meet up and discuss just about anything. That would have to be primo entertainment.
OMG LET'S! Then we could talk prepping for hours on the road trip! I'm well beyond an amateur - that's one of the things Hubs and I bonded over initially. I'm watching The 5th Wave right now, for like the 100th time...I agree, likeminded company/friends are hard to find - although we have managed to find quite a few in this area *BONUS*You're too kind sweets! Glad you're enjoying the story... I'm totally an amateur prepper, I can probably write the end of the world a million times over and make it different every time. But I'd totally be down to meet up! Likeminded company is so hard to come by as an adult.
I'm not surprised a lot of people are a bit optimistic about meeting in person, lots of wonky people out there, and most people I know aren't trying to end up in some weirdos crudely built basement dungeon... most of them.I think we've got quite a few Texans here. 2024 Literotica Writers Convention in Houston, then? I'll road trip over with you @elizaloo!
Now we HAVE to know your real first name! Is it something atrocious like Mildred? Or Gertrude? Or the absolutely dreadful Betty? Named for some beloved distant Aunt?Sweet of you to say - raucous is my middle name. Actually, that’s not true. Emily is my real middle name, but I, and everyone I know, use it. Not overly fond of my actual first name.

I'm liable to appear as the adult version of Wednesday Addams, and I would hope M would dress up as any variety of awesome Star Wars ladies, she's pretty enough for it.
I feel like @MediocreAuthor and I would drive you insane if we were together... something tells me it would primarily be a lot of super nerdy banter, chatting about stories in real time and cackling like fucking lunatics having anyone in a fifteen foot radius wondering what the hell is wrong with us.
I'm pretty sure M is convinced we're all serial killers though so maybe in ten years she'll be more open to visits.
I’m not exactly the most discreet of people, but equally I’m not really aiming to give out my first name here (which appears on various official / academic records / journal articles etc.). I was named after a Saint...so there's that I guess. Probably rolling over in her ancient grave.
Time it to the solar eclipse in April. The totality band goes through Texas. Dallas gets several minutes.2024 Writer's Convention in Texas totally!
we all know the X's are relevant, and they're placeholders for your kinksI’m not exactly the most discreet of people, but equally I’m not really aiming to give out my first name here (which appears on various official / academic records / journal articles etc.). Remember the show American Gladiators? They'd get over "the pit" and fight with the staffs that had the big foam ends to knock the other one off.Lovecraft68 and I can get in a knife fight over Loving Wives. Foam knives, of course. I don't like my odds.
Not enough Xs in that casewe all know the X's are relevant, and they're placeholders for your kinks![]()
oh, the X's are combinatorial markers, not simple placeholders. Not enough Xs in that case/

I too have been curious about Laurel.
