Not a woman, but personally not a usage I'm sure I'd ever comfortable with using myself.

In all honesty, the only time I generally refer to a woman with that term at all is during dirty talk involve bondage or D/s ish fun time.

And I'm not and uber-feminist or anything, just more of a respect thing.
