Sex & Shenanigans

I was assembling a history for someone, and I can't remember what state it was but they had been charged with "Presenting in an Intoxicated State." That might be my favorite legal description for being drunk in public.
I loved that Ron White skit- they arrested him for being drunk in public after he got kicked out of a bar. He said “I didnt want to be drunk in public, I wanted to be drunk in the bar. You THREW me into public.” 🤣 classic

That's illegal?
Technically it's a Class B misdemeanor in my state....
I'm not explaining how or why I know this Honestly, it's because I can google...but

I have presented in an intoxicated state. *nods* It was 8am on a sunday morning and I was in New Orleans. I mean really, if you're sober at 8am in New Orleans on Sunday...somethings wrong with you.

...you do realize a LOT of people hate Nickelback...?
Yes... And a lot only do because it's the popular thing to do on the internet. Just like hating on the Crystal Skull.

It's not my favorite Indy film... But it's not as bad as the internet makes it out to be... Jusy like NB isn't my favorite rock band, but they aren't as bad as the internet portrays.
