There is nothing sexy about complaining and it certainly doesn't fall under the loosest definition of shenanigans.

There are threads where it is appropriate. Some of those may be:

"What made you say fuck today" - answer: my double digit IQ coworker

The beef thread could handle such complaints.

Possibly even "what are you doing right now?"
Answer- contemplating ways to get away with murdering my boss.
