Sex & Shenanigans

I would say that’s a you thing. That’s generally not how blood pressure works 😂
Not sure what you mean. The build-up might be somewhat aggravating to a headache (I wouldn't recommend it for a migraine). But with the right inspiration a mild headache can be ignored and then when your done and your whole body relaxes, that's a good tension reliever right there.

with my headaches, there's a dull pain underneath. But every heartbeat is like a sledgehammer hitting the inside of your head. pounding on the brain, not the skull... It's like having a giant subwoofer inside your head that beats with your heart. An enormous amount of pain and pressure squeezing your brain from the inside out.

It's not great. The best things I've found to help are ice packs and sleep.

I’ve never tried ice packs but meds, the dark, and sleep are what helps for me. And NOT having an orgasm 😂

I get awful headaches. All different types. Sometimes sleep helps. Sometimes they start while I'm asleep. All I can do then is just try to keep still and quiet. Sometimes some very light background music helps to drown out the thumping pain and others even a gentle breeze causes great agony.
Warm baths, cold showers, fresh air... can all help depending on the severity.
I had a CAT scan last year and there was nothing untoward thankfully but I still have no tried and true way to shift them

Waking up with a headache is awful. I’ve noticed that for me those are generally related to being dehydrated or sleeping in a weird position. So headache + muscle relaxant pain meds and a lot of water/Gatorade help most.
