My frontdoor mat looks like a mixtape with “The Smiths” scrawled on the label. It has three purposes:
1) It makes me smile
2) If I open the door and get asked if I’m Mrs. Smith, I know they’re a solicitor.
3) If someone asks if that’s a band, I know we can’t be music friends.

But I am not a hipster!

I have to stress these are all 1000% fantasy based, have zero to do with daily interactions and you all should not encourage me

That only makes me want to know even more
