Sex & Shenanigans

Enjoy it!! It might not always be fun during the actual training.. (okay..I might.. probably like it, even when I do not.. )

But.. Those endorphins, the dopamine and sheer satisfaction afterwards, it is pretty sweet!! 🤩

My debate is bore the hell out of myself on the treadmill, or go outside to deal with the summer heat and humidity

Music and treadmill... It is too complicated to manage your hydration levels in that kind of weather.. 🤔

(Says the girl, who thinks 5-10°C is the best running conditions..)

Same. You get a real sense of accomplishment afterward, but the "during" part can be a real pain in the ass.

Well, I am on vacation in the Forest.. so no hectic mornings with family needing to do lots of things.

Also, I used to go to the gym 4 times a week, in the mornings.. but..😕🥺🙄
A partial Achilles tendon rupture sorta, kinda.. perfectly efficient.. put a stopper to that in March.

I am finally getting to a point, where I get to do more of the fun exercises again! 🥰✨

Yeah.. I am not afraid to admit it, I might be kinda addicted to working out.. I blame the endorphins!! 🤣
Same! I wouldn’t say I’m addicted, but those endorphins, and seeing progress being made…😍😍

Exactly!!
And starting your day off, feeling accomplished and able to take on the day.

It is a rather amazing feeling, and a strong power source.

- I started, I think.. last year of high school, to do my workout before school. And.. it just became a habit, and slight addiction.
Depending on life situation, the time could change a bit, but it was always in the mornings. 😅

Always outside……says the guy who lives where ice is on the paths for almost five months so outdoors is precious even when it’s steamy.

I wish I could first thing in the morning, I need to start my days slower.

I am the same. 5C for a run sounds perfect right now. And I'd still be wearing shorts

No wind, no rain.. 5°C... Yeah, I would wear a tank top and tights.

But, I am Danish..I do not think I count, when talking about temperatures and weather.

Same! I wouldn’t say I’m addicted, but those endorphins, and seeing progress being made…😍😍

Yeah.. and then, if you for some reason become unable to train.. losing am important outlet.. ugh.. not fun! ❤️

See I’m the opposite there…give me 27-29 C and I’m good. Muscles warm right away, and sweating is part of the feeling of accomplishment for me lol

I'm a skier, my temperature scale isn't like most people either

❤️ Well.. skiing is rather.. crazy much fun!!

I have planned, that next year, our big skiing vacation is going to be in Lapland /Finland, North of the polar circle!!

I agree, that those temperatures are great for the muscles.. I just have a hard time when it comes to temperature regulation.

Or, give me a month in that heat, and I will adapt.

But.. it takes a lot of knowledge and experience, to function well under those circumstances.. And I do not have it. 🙈

I do. I'm off to the gym right now, in fact.

Later!

Yay!!! Enjoy! ❤️🤩

That would be a fun ski trip...Just booked France for next winter

We booked in the Easter vacation (Two weeks).
- it does not get sunny.. but also not dark.

A sort of magical perpetual twilight, but bright! Because of the snow that reflects everything.

It should be pretty amazing! ❤️

France is good too!!
Where in France?
