I need to branch out with my alcohol. I have bourbon for days but only one rum, one Irish whiskey, and two scotches when it comes to other brown liquors.

There are quite a few decent Japanese whisky's.. you should look into that.

I tasted it, when I was out working.. I was a PA to a Japanese designer from Sony.
So I often had to be his plus-1 to company arrangements. (His wife spoke very poorly English)

It was here in Copenhagen though.

I've had sake. It tastes VERY different warm than cold; I like it cold. I found it refreshing.
