HisArpy's Forlorn Hope

I think it's more that you just like to insist because you like the sound of your own voice too much.
Says the guy who argues opinion, not facts

But go ahead and refute away. I'll even wait until you manage to actually do it instead of deny and deflect from the truth.
I already did. You just blindly doubled down on wrong and are proud to do so

Thanks for proving my point

dudly, this is the PB where everything is opinion. Or can't you figure that out?

Thanks for confirming that you didn’t read my links to research and world mental health organizations regarding transgendered folk.

I did read them. I'm still surprised that you think your arguments against delusional disorders being mental illnesses are supported by them.

Apples... oranges... your whackjob thoughts...

Sorry, Jomar, I know you mean well, but your terminology continues to make me squirm.

Trans people are not "transgendered". This is not something that was initiated on them by others. The only thing that was imposed on them by others was an original gender assignment that does not match who they actually are.

By the way, this argument by Deplorables that parents are forcing "trans ideas" into the minds of their children does not match the overwhelming amount of data compiled by pediatric researchers. In most cases, the parents are reluctant to accept what their trans children are expressing, especially in the early stages.

Also, earlier in this thread you used the term "transgenderism". The act of expressing your gender is not an "ism". It's a human right. We don't use the term "cisgenderism" as if that's a condition, so why would we do that with people who were forced into inappropriate gender roles by society? Aren't you supposed to be arguing that being trans is not an illness or health condition or an "ism" per se?

Trans people have a right to express themselves without overt interference by right-wing control freaks or covert misuse of language that fails to recognize their autonomy and dignity.

Everyone LOOK! Butterfat has a new white knight who is going to "save her" from the evil deplorables.
^^^Note in this post that Harpy expresses his sexism toward two female posters, first toward Butters, who was not even the one he condescendingly called "sweety" in his post, and then toward BrightShinyGirl, who obviously stands on her own intellectual rigor in everything she posts.

This is Harpy's response to Rory's thread on how sexism has shaped Harpy's life as a Deplorable.

Mic drop right on Harpy’s head.

My apologies for not using the correct terminology

What is an arpy? I try to avoid insults, but some of them make more sense than "his arpy."
