I use plain 0% mf greek yogurt with a couple teaspoons of honey and fresh fruit plus some cheerios and chia seeds. Yay healthy!

I haven’t for years. Occasionally I add the crushed dreams of my enemies for a little extra kick. But typically a bit of oat milk creamer.

My theory on time:

When you are young (say 2), a year is only 1/2 of your life … but as you age, say 30 .. a year is now 1/30 of your life … so the time in essence IS going faster.

So we are all time travellers.

That is a ridiculous morning routine.

I usually get to work between 7-7:15

I get up around 6:45, start coffee, insert contacts, get dressed, then get big cup and regular cup of coffee and am out the door at 7-7:05 ish... 6 minute drive to work and the regular cup is empty.

Yes. I think this is why the years seem to go so much faster now and i can never remember how old i am.

It’s also due to the fact that you probably FEEL like a kid in your brain but then have to actively remember that you’re an adult.

I still don’t feel like an adult adult …. Like one who is responsible and the person you think of when looking for an adult.
