One might say to just imagine what kind of lives these children have back home that the parents think the risk is worth it. We all want what's best for our kids.

Everyone is entitled to their personal beliefs. But when these personal beliefs turn into laws and rights taken away, when people are afraid to leave their homes, and the rate of suicide in the LGBTQ community keeps rising, that's a problem.
