so "proof" is double the alcohol percentage... So a 90 proof = 45% and 120 proof = 60%... Umm, ok that's about it. Oh, during fermentation, yeast eats sugar and produces CO2 and ethanol.

Coffee = great
Alcohol = good
Water = acceptable
