Yep, the Angus and Herefords i had were polled. But the Longhorns of course had horns. Though several sadly had been cut off before i bought them for safety or convenience.
 
This is just proof that nature can be a cruel bitch.
No, that proof is that this cow passed away trying to give birth in a June heatwave when it was 100F. She didn't come up for feed so we assumed she was in the woods calving. By the time we found her deep in the thicket, she had been dead for several hours.

Her skull is now hanging on the wall in the house. Sad but it happens.
 
Yeah, umm cows don’t have horns, maybe they do in Canada that I wouldn’t know.

If you want to see an antelope, there's no need to go to Africa. Just watch two ants run off and get married without their parents' approval. Simples.
