I would definitely try when you're already aroused, decent chance if it's just by itself it really won't do anything for you. I tried by itself and when already aroused, but no difference for me.

Well, when I suffer from panic disorder was trying to leave that personal matter off of lit, considering I use it as a way to relax me, have noted in comments I will think about it, have a mental block regarding topic and I see money in getting nails done be a waste.
