This is what I’ve been saying about you and your arguments all along.

You are practiced at defending untenable positions, regardless of the facts in a case.

You support your opinions and political beliefs and use legal arguments that can only be tested in court, and even when juries and judges rule against your positions you still hold out for appeals.

Just doing your job, right counselor?

Again, it's not a game. It is a civil proceeding before the court that involves people (plaintiff and defendant), their lives and reputations. I would never allow myself or my company to be defended by an attorney who thought it was a 'game'.

Am I to understand that I’ve been raking over the coals someone who claims to have some sort of legal background that takes him into actual judicial proceedings here in the United States of America? Your skepticism and hatred of this NYC court made up of citizens of NYC and their terrible judgment on everything is such that then, without any self awareness, you now state your support for a registered NYC voter and citizen of NYC as the person you’ve judged as the person to represent you as leader of the free world. It's a game. That the stakes "for you" are high doesn't mean it's not a game for the lawyers involved because it's not personal for them.

Fun fact: You get to choose who represents you, or you can DIY your legal battles yourself if you want. So, if you discover that your lawyer thinks the entire legal system is a game played by entitled elitists, you're more than welcome to fire him and hire some other attorney who thinks the entire legal system is a game played by entitled elitists. The difference between the two is that one will lie to you and tell you he doesn't believe it's a game.

So, if the kind of lawyer you want representing you is the one who will lie to you and only tell you what you want to hear just so you pay his bill rather than tell you the truth, go for it. It's no skin off my nose.

The fundamental difference between you and I - I stymie your attempts at railroading and persecuting people and you don't like it. So you take it personally.

I think it's hysterical the right wingers are blaming a new york jury for Trump being found liable for sexual abuse and defamation.

Let's look at his defense:
1. He didn't know her - but then pictures were produced that show he had met her.
2. She's not his type because of her looks - but then he misidentified her in a picture as being his ex-wife.
3. Stars have been sexually accusing women for millions of years.

Yup. It was that damn new york jury.
