His defense seems to be that he's grabbed so much pussy over the years without being concerned who owns it, that he has no recollection of this particular one.

That's from his own deposition, there was no further defense offered. He lied to the court when he told them that he was returning from Ireland to give evidence, then didn't show up (surprise, surprise). That must have gone down well.
