No it isn’t. You’re telling lies again.Yet the allegation is that Trump paid Daniels hush money to keep her from talking about their affair.

Yet you still have a better grasp than the person you quoted.I’m not a lawyer but I thought it was job of the defense to provide any exculpatory evidence at the actual trial. The Grand Jury only determines if there’s sufficient evidence for a trial. I didn’t think district attorneys normally did the defense’s work for them.
Prove that what was said about Fauci wasn't true.you're right - there's the folks that vote for people that respect Fauci.
and you guys will believe a lying crazy shit that pulls shit out of his ass.
So link it up.rolling stone just reported that idiot's lawyers told him to prepare to lose to bragg
sooooo nice![]()
Your GoogleFu sucks. So link it up.
If this will make him stronger, then why are you schmucks complaining so much? All they're doing is making him stronger.
Nice to see that you agree with me.Like I said; gullible and stupid...
Bless yourGO FUCK YOURSELF
There is a sucker born every minute. You know they are brain washed when they can not even see what's in front of them.
Turns out to be non-toxic. It was only wrapped with a death threat.A suspicious powder was found at the Manhattan DA’s office. Is Trump Junior testifying now?
Stupid argument; and let's flip the script here. But, but, he GOT A SPEEDING TICKET!!!!
The amount of ignorance on display when trying to compare a speeding ticket to a felony offense is incredible. It's worse when you consider the exculpatory evidence that's now showing up in the public conversation which the DA failed to inform the Grand Jury about (or even bother to consider before empaneling the Grand Jury) which PROVE that Trump didn't do the things he's accused of.
But the Progs just keep digging that hole they're in because they're not smart enough to put down the shovel.
Typical trumptard.A prosecutor has a duty to only bring charges if they reasonably believe that they will get a conviction. That means the DA must consider all of the exculpatory evidence as part of the package because a failure to consider the defense evidence wouldn't be reasonable.
It's one thing to have a different interpretation on what the evidence means, but Bragg ignored the undeniable evidence that Trump didn't initiate or knowingly pay the money because Cohen admited that he did it on his own initiative in written documents signed by Cohen. Then Cohen admitted to double billing Trump for a generic "legal services" reason. That means Trump didn't try to hide it under a deceptive rubric for accounting and campaign expenses purposes. Bragg had that information yet decided to put Cohen in front of the Grand Jury anyway knowing Cohen would lie about Trump. This is straight up unethical conduct by a prosecutor.
The 2018 signed letter from Stormy avowing that she and Trump didn't have an affair is another piece of evidence which Bragg had prior to empaneling the Grand Jury. Yet the allegation is that Trump paid Daniels hush money to keep her from talking about their affair. Because Bragg knew there was a letter saying that Daniels and Trump didn't have an affair, the allegations he empaneled the Grand Jury to indict on are FALSE in that regard and any indictment would be based on a fraud perpetuated on the Grand Jury by Bragg.
These things aren't subject to interpretation based on conflicting evidence (whether the light was red or green depending on which witness you believe), they're straight up uncontroversial facts where Daniels specifically says in writing they didn't have an affair and Cohen says in writing that he paid the money out of his own pocket and then billed Trump for "legal services" rather than "settlement costs for NDA with Stormy Daniels."
It wasn’t a mere blow job, he lied to a grand jury which is a felony.Stupid argument; and let's flip the script here.
If Biden got a speeding ticket and was arrested for it, you people would be ALL OVER THAT SHIT!
IMPEACH BIDEN! HE'S A CRIMINAL! ENDANGERING LIVES THROUGH SPEEDING!
But now Trump...incites a violent insurrection trying to overturn an election. Defrauds the state of New York on taxes. Attempts to start a second violent insurrection to avoid being prosecuted. Pays off a mistress he's having an affair with, and so on. And you are perfectly okay with that. That's all fine- because Trump can do no wrong. It's a "Political Witch hunt" when it's Trump; no matter how bad or blatant the offense.
Meanwhile I bet you were lobbying hard and fast when Clinton got busted for a mere blowjob. Because it's only an impeachable or arrestable offense when it's a Democrat.
Seriously, the hypocrisy here is so blatant that even a toddler can see it.
So why can't you," I can't help?" Is the average toddler really that much smarter than you?
You can’t prosecute a sitting President. It wasn’t a mere blow job, he lied to a grand jury which is a felony.
It wasn’t a mere blow job, he lied to a grand jury which is a felony.
His answers, although misleading, were legally accurate under the terms agreed to by the opposing legal team.It wasn’t a mere blow job, he lied to a grand jury which is a felony.
Clinton was ahead of his time. Oral doesn’t count as having sex these daysHis answers, although misleading, were legally accurate under the terms agreed to by the opposing legal team.
Now, it is fair to say he lied to the public at large when he said "I did not have sexual relations with that woman," but that wasn't under oath.
It wasn’t a mere blow job, he lied to a grand jury which is a felony.
You’re right. Clinton committed a felony for lying to a grand jury.
Can you remind us why a grand jury was asking questions about Clinton’s sex life?
Why was the blow job the subject of investigation?
MAGAs whine about the various investigations into Trump but unlike the BJ, these investigations are over alleged crimes and interests of national security.
