From what I gather, it's using company money to pay his personal penalty. So, what's the crime? Can anyone speculate. Is it paying off Stormy?

nopeWho thinks Trump gets arrested tomorrow? Who thinks we see nationwide rio. . .peaceful protests.
Given everything that has happened starting with the TEA Party cus man they showed up quick when it was obvious Obama was gonna get the nomination and Presidency. McCain was a sacrifice and he knew it and he was a good man. I think sad as it was one of his great moments on the trail was a woman shouted that Obama was a Muslim and he responded "No he's a good person." We know what he meant but shows what we think of Muslims in this country.I am actually sick and tired of the way people go to such great lengths to defend Trump after all this time, when his words and actions are so blatantly immoral, unchristian, self-serving and corrupt. I agree with Adrina above. I mean, sometimes I just want to shake these people and say "What the FUCK is WRONG with you?" HOW can a good person defend the things he has said and done? ESPECIALLY now, after the 2021 insurrection- how can any good patriotic American defend that shit? You can't. It's like trying to defend Hitler, or any number of corrupt self serving autocrats. At some point, you just make yourself look like a flawed human being, a bad person.
I am not saying that Biden and various Democrats are not flawed as well, but as you say, nothing nearly as egregious and indefensible as what Trump has said and done, over and over, for the last six (going on 7) years now.
You mean you can't claim, write off, or lie about your whore money pretending it's a legitimate business expense? From what I gather, it's using company money to pay his personal penalty.
Cohen arranged the payment. Even Cohen's legal counsel stated Bragg is basically delusional and Cohen is a pathological liar. This is election interference in its truest form. Can't wait! When it comes to fairness a grand jury panel in NYC against Trump is laughable on its face, almost as bad as DC. The SDNY and DOJ refused to indict but Bragg is willing to take the hit in the name of justice. TOO FUNNY! The use of the justice system to exact some sort of political retribution is despicable. Kind of reminds me of the two sham impeachments and Pelosi's KANGAROO commission. Bragg will set our justice system back to the stone ages should he attempt this.Really, you too? I thought only Harpy, our ambulance chasing mascot, was in the dark.
Its not the payoff. It’s where the money came from and the fraud around reporting it.
Small potatoes in the big scheme, but maybe cracks the seal of things that finally stick on the crook.
Instead, when it came to discussing Trump’s calls for protests, McCarthy’s remarks were head-spinning. “I don’t think people should protest this, no,” the speaker said. “I think President Trump, if you talk to him, he doesn’t believe in that either. I think the thing that you may misinterpret when President Trump talks, when someone says that they can protest, he’d probably be referring to my tweet, ‘educate people about what’s going on.’ He’s not talking in a harmful way. And nobody should.”
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/poli...p&cvid=54a20250290d45d2871919e967fcafa6&ei=38There are a couple points to note here. First, McCarthy is preposterously claiming Trump “doesn’t believe” what he has literally called for on his personal social media platform. Telling the public that they’re “misinterpreting” Trump’s language is gaslight-level denialism.
Trump deliberately calibrates his language to incite his most hardcore supporters while maintaining an escape hatch of plausible deniability. We saw it when Trump promised supporters that Jan. 6, 2021 would be a “wild” time, and when he leaned on his supporters to “fight like hell” before they stormed the Capitol. In both instances, Trump has pretended that it was traditional abstract political rhetoric, even as his militant wing saw it as a green light to use force.

Sure. At the behest of The GodfatherCohen arranged the payment.
I lost a response due to a snafu. But the bottom line is that Cohen is a liar, but trump is a worse liar. Be interesting to see who gets believeEd more.Even Cohen's legal counsel stated Bragg is basically delusional and Cohen is a pathological liar. This is election interference in its truest form. Kinda like BenghaziExcept, nobody has been able to prove a damn thing except they know how to blow smoke up everyone's ass.
Well saidI'm so sick and tired of this piece of shit. I'm disgusted that there were and are so many who support him - because he acts like he hates who they hate. He's a disgrace to America and those who still support him are essentially traitors in that they don't care about America but instead about their "strong man". Just... contemptible.
You hate everything your leftist masters tell you to hate. You can't name a single thing we hate for. . .wait you don't even know what propaganda is do you? Cus that's another place that the Right is fairly dominant in.
Who tells you the news? You hate everything your leftist masters tell you to hate.
Have you ever had one single original original thought of your own? Because it for damn sure doesn't seem like it.Yeah! Fuck them and their delusional BULL SHIT!
You have your own delusional BULL SHIT!
You tried.

I agree with this statement! The use of the justice system to exact some sort of political retribution is despicable.

Bragg is on a witch hunt. No one but progressive politicians give a shit about this attempt to indict Trump. Most Americans are more concerned with the price of eggs not Trump paying off a porn star. Stormy should have been prosecuted for extortion.I agree with this statement!
However, you misconstrue a legitimate pursuit of justice as "Political Retribution." There is a key point you are deliberatly missing.
Why should anyone get away with breaking the law, or committing treason AND formenting an insurrection, simply because he is the same political party that you support?
It's as if you don't think the charges against Mr. Trump are valid and legitimate. News flash: Yes they are.
It's not political retribution, it's JUSTICE. NOBODY should be above the law. Even an ex-president whose crimes are far more egregious than, say, lying about a sexual affair.
And let me guess; you probably DEFENDED the actions against Clinton when he was in the white house- impeachment for lying about sex, am I right? And somehow "But...but That's DIFFERENT!" Because it was a Democrat in the white house, right?.
Or maybe I should register as a Republican, and go rob a guy at gunpoint, and when I get arrested I can beg Trump to bail me out and gain sympathy because I'm a "True Patriot." I know this sounds simple, but really, can you not see this is exactly what you are promoting here? I fail to see why you delibereately are so dense.
Your hypocrisy and stubborn ignorance makes me sick. I hate to be so negative, but I guess, I'm just sick of the bullshit that I have to explain to you children over and over again.
WOW! Awesome response. Tell your mom to give you some hot chocolate instead of plain milk. Bravo! It doesn't take much effort to handle chumps like you. You do all the heavy lifting.
Thank you.WOW! Awesome response. Tell your mom to give you some hot chocolate instead of plain milk. Bravo!
Inciting a violent riot in order to overturn a democratic election is a felony. Conspiring with a foreign power to rig an election- yup, felony. Under-reporting income taxes? Felony. The payoff for Stormy Daniels is actually pretty small potatoes but yes, it's a crime.Bragg is on a witch hunt. No one but progressive politicians give a shit about this attempt to indict Trump. Most Americans are more concerned with the price of eggs not Trump paying off a porn star. Stormy should have been prosecuted for extortion.
B Clinton was charged for lying to a grand jury which is a felony. Hillary obstructed justice which is a felony. Your selective poutrage is quite comical.
Yeah, I don’t know about that. Seems like I recall Barr appointing a NY district attorney that stalled the trump investimation.Bragg is on a witch hunt. No one but progressive politicians give a shit about this attempt to indict Trump.
