You seem to group the Floyd protests into the same bucket and are doing the same for January 6. People broke the law and the feds/police have been actively pursuing a prosecution (in both situations) of those who broke the law. Some cases are easy to prosecute and some are more difficult. Some participants are easy to identify and some are not. Where there are more cameras, it is easier. Where there are more witnesses, it is easier.

Quit playing the fucking victim here.

we, with eyes and a brain, understand that January 6 Capitol attacks (notice I said attack and not protests) were geared towards obstructing and/or in some cases overturning the election certification by our federal government.

We, with eyes and a brain, understand that the Floyd attacks were geared towards police reform to stop police from actually killing citizens in multiple states.

His lawyers did not see the evidence Tucker released, and both have said so. They had a right to see it, their client had a right to see it, and the prosecution was duty-bound to produce it. Withholding exculpatory evidence is a violation of the Brady Rule. How that might apply in this case is explored by Jonathan Turley in the article I posted today.
