Reality check. "BLM" riots are the direct result of state sponsored murder of unarmed Black men, women, and children by police. Often recorded on video. A real thing. Because you do not make factual assertions, you make really gross generalizations and hope like hell that we'll go around hunting down over a hundred years of history, not just what you claim but the causes around what happened over the decades of history. Calling you a racist doesn't mean your arguments are impossible to disprove. Sometimes it can but that's something that racists made up. If his management on a given site went to jail, he faced a fine in the tens of millions and a delay as he had to send new people down.

Streamline getting a visa, so we do know who is coming (and going) and tell them that if they get caught on an expired Visa it will be revoked and they'll have to go to the back of the line, rescreened, all that jazz. That would incentivize them to go renew if they are staying past the season.

The following bell curves demonstrate that one quarter of blacks have IQ of 75 or below. At that level they have trouble mastering minimum wage jobs. To be even marginally capable as a professional or a manager one needs an IQ of at least 115. A thin sliver of blacks are in that category.

IQ has never been discredited, but the tests are becoming better able to measure the ability to learn, rather than what has been learned. Tests exist now that require no knowledge of reading and no knowledge of mathematics. They can be explained with no use of English. A space alien could take one of those tests. I am confident that the space alien would get a perfect score in record time.

Gene alleles are being discovered that influence IQ. A professor at the University of Chicago was working on a DNA test to determine IQ. He stopped saying, "Some things should not be known." That is an appalling attitude for a scientist.

If those who pretend that IQ tests measure nothing of value, or that IQ scores can be significantly raised, really believed it, they would welcome candid and civil debates with people like Charles Murray. Instead Charles Murray is often prevented from speaking on College Campuses.

The U.S. military pioneered the use of IQ testing during World War I. It remains committed, because for a century the tests have accurately predicted who can quickly learn complex skills, and who cannot.

That is where JohnE takes this chart. He tries to claim it an accurate reflection of the Black population in America. However the survey is only from 14 year old to 21, only in high density urban locations.

I did actually dig through the study and try and find the actual survey results upon which this graph was made from, but I couldn't even find the graph. You are all free to hit a google search and look for yourselfs.

The last time I saw JE post this "graph", it was titled to a 1979-1980 study by the NLS. That study is not available online, I am thinking our friend the computer program made a change after being called out on this particular graph.....
