Majority of Americans want higher taxes on the wealthy and corporations. Majority of Americans want legal marijuana. Majority of Americans want some kind of public option/medicare expansion. Majority of Americans support reproductive freedom.

There's a lot of agreement on a lot of issues however the propaganda keeps stirring up one side to clog the works. Debt ceiling bullshit comes to mind as just one example.

Stephen Jay Gould's book is an effort to disprove my beliefs about IQ and race. It is a book I found easy to refute. If you read the comments on the book you will find that nearly everyone agrees with me.​

I support all of that. I am also opposed to racial reparations and affirmative action. So are most Americans.

I am also in favor of ending welfare checks for unmarried women with illegitimate children, and a much tougher criminal justice system.

I am not sure most Americans want that, but a lot of us do. Bill Clinton, who I voted for in 1992 and 1996, won my vote, and assured his reelection, when he signed laws to make the welfare system leaner and the criminal justice system meaner.

Rehabilitation is rarely effective. What works is punishment, lots and lots of punishment. I want to make punishment for criminals swift, certain, severe, and cheap. I do not care why someone is a criminal. I want him to suffer.
