Is there something you include too much in your stories, but can’t bear to leave out?

My weakness is nipple clamps; both IRL and as a writer. I know I use them too much (again both IRL and as a writer), but they are such fun.

What about you?

Hmm, now that I think about it maybe hickeys. I mean I’ve neglected using them and should.

Anal, promiscuity, strapons, tattoos, femdom, cross dressing, inverted nipples, bisexual, snowballing, trailer parks, man I’ve run the gamut!

But why did I never focus on hickeys? It’s a goldmine. Especially in the trailer trash series! Oof!

Talking. My brain goes off on tangents, so my characters do too. Sometimes I rein it in, sometimes I don't; sometimes the tangents are the reason a story exists. As an example, see Kayfabe, the story I'll be publishing in a day or so about a bromance between a cuck and a bull that started from thinking how much the humiliated cuck/overpowering bull archetypes resemble the stereotypical face/heel interactions in wrestling, along with the typical outcome being the face/cuck reclaiming the "trophy."

Lap fucks between the MMC and a diminutive FMC, who from their introduction described herself as "a spinner". It became a running gag, their having perfected the art of concealing their intercourse under her skirt.

Unprotected sex in situations where my sensible, sober and morally-upright characters really shouldn't and wouldn't be taking such a risk.

As the author, I lean in tell them it'll be okay. My characters don't so much have 'plot armor' as they have 'plot prophylactics'
Condoms are not sexy are they?

In the same vein. Vaginal sex after anal and without any cock cleansing in between. I like A2M as much as the next cumslut, but A2V is not so cool IRL.

Conversely, my characters always use condoms for sex and often for sex toys, especially for anal use.
Some say mentioning them is offputting but I don't care. I try to make it only a passing mention, once per pairing, or part of the sex.
A desperate partner yelling, "get a fucking rubber on your fucking cock and fucking come over here and fuck me!" works for me.

It depends on how it is written. You do see condoms being used in some porn (French in particular I think) and it can seem jarring, but I’m not sure why.

Because porn is fantasy and worrying about STD/pregnancy is reality.

Gloryholes in real life make me think "but shit, who knows who that is and what they have?" But they're one of my go to porn vids because its fantasy.

Cunnilingus. I refuse to acknowledge stories without it!
Same, I believe in equality. If the guy is getting off through a blow job then he's returning the favor.

That might be one of the biggest stretches across erotica, a man who isn't one way.

All true.

Some erotica is high fantasy - you know it's never happened and is never going to happen. Can still be fun.

Other erotica is low fantasy - it might really be a true story, and it could happen to someone, possibly even someone like you. I tend to write the latter.

Low fantasy is a good term, and some people prefer that. I think you can also mix them where the story itself is something that can be seen as realistic but once the sex starts the cheesy porn music kicks in.

The best thing about the platform is everyone can write about and as a reader find what they like.

"Stacey, that's no way to talk to your father."

It's indefensible except to say than a near decade of monogamous married life has it's advantages and that spills over into my characters.

Thing is the characters often have condoms just end up not using them for a variety of reasons from 'It fell into the storage heater and got burnt' to 'It would make the moon goddess angry.' Looking back it's all rather shameless...

After my wife and I had been together three years she began having issues with birth control, a bad reaction to an IUD and there was a brief period we had to go back to using condoms. After about two weeks of it, I brought up the topic of kids. I had two daughters from my first marriage, and although my wife insisted she didn't want kids I asked her again if she were sure about that. She said yes, I said fuck these goddamn condoms and went and got snipped.

The wife giving the MC a blowjob is often found in my stories.

The MFC is rather controlling and demanding (as is my wife IRL). So, when she drops from her chair to her knees, crawls over to me, taking it out to suck, it's all about me. That's her special way of telling me "Thanks for putting up with me." Of course, my wife IRL looks also for her own pleasure when doing it with my verbal responses, as she enjoys knowing she's still controlling me.

Girls being innately bi, even if they think they're straight.

And tribadism.

*shrug* I write what I like... 🤷‍♂️

Who said anything about equality? 😁
My point is, women should get their oral sex whether men are getting it or not. They are entitled to that small piece of inequality in a male-dominated world ;)
