Chaotic Coffee Klatch (tea also available)

oh forgiveness as a topic. ok. um. I am a very forgiving person. It takes more energy not to be, and I am a total slacker. Mostly though, my memory really sucks, so I won't remember what caused me to annoyed in the first place. hence all is always forgiven.
Not remembering what annoyed you is a rare and highly desirable trait!

Don't they help the good feelings come in, though??

Lupes, you’ve got a point! I’ll even bring some dream catchers to try to filter out all the harsh vibes. Gotta keep it mellow!

I think a blanket fort is an excellent idea. A chaos blanket fort cuddle puddle napping space.
Sounds like a bunch of people got insufficient or crap sleep last night, me among them...
my elder dog got me up twice between modnight and 4am. Grrrrrrrr

Rj... when people use your full user name it "tags" you so you are extra sure to see their post. It is a kindness/courtesy in most cases.

OK, sure. I was only doing a male thinking thing, not necessarily the right thing. I'm still learning. I appreciate it.

Forgiving and forgetting aren't inherently connected. I know plenty of people who haven't forgiven, holding on to the anger, despite not really remembering what caused it in the first place.

I, in turn, usually forgive - but it doesn't necessarily mean forgetting. Forgiving doesn't mean I wouldn't draw conclusions about the person in question. In general, it's also possible to continue demanding legal punishment and compensation despite forgiving - as forgiving is just about not holding on to the anger and resentment.

Well it has a down side. I forget a lot of things. for example my own anniversary. Though I do remember my first fondly. My stepmother called and my husband answered, then he looked very concerned and handed me the phone. And my stepmother said "happy anniversary" to which I said, oh wow, really I totally forgot. and my husband became happy and no longer concerned anymore.

I believe you but I don't actually get it. Like, how can one actually be angry without a reason the can articulate, in great detail, with harsh language. I just can't see anger without a reason.
