Each character uses what they have at their disposal to get what they want. I don’t think that’s cold blooded. Plenty of people use what they have to get what they want.

Anyway, it’s largely a fantasy. I don’t know why some people would get so upset about it.

You keep claiming things you-and no one else-can know. You don't know percentages, you don't know the age of readers, you don't know much of anything other than how to be a contrarian twit.

That can be proven by how many threads we see in the forums condemning the category readership and how more authors are taking their material over to fetish and their readers are going with them.

LW is the second most heavily commented on category, granted many are bad, but comments are comments. Even newer authors there without much of a base get quite a few comments. As discussed before, you delete any comment that is negative in anyway(which of course is your right to do so) but looking at the number of comments you have allowed on your stories, they're very low totals for the category average.

Meaning you are deleting way more than you're keeping, and if the majority is just trolling spew and the minority the civil decent remarks that means most of the readership commenting is....

Possible the sane folks no longer bother commenting as much because they get attacked just like the author does, but that also makes my point.

When a neighborhood goes to hell, some try to stick it out, but most bail. No one, reader or author needs to take that abuse on a free site.
