“Jim Eagle” has landed in Delaware

I don't know who needs to hear this, but the folks who make it harder for people to vote never end up looking like the good guys in the history books.

Then again, I doubt most of today's right-wingers have ever read a history book.

Non veterans have voted by mail since 1896 in the us and a. Changing it all because 45 is a sore loser is pathetic.
Delaware’s state constitution has been in place since 1897. The legislation that was struck down was passed less than 2 years ago. Why shouldn’t the legislature follow the state constitution or seek to amend it if they feel changes are needed?

If you live in Delaware and don’t like the state constitution, push for an amendment.

Oh look, yet another bad faith argument.
Why make ANY law at all then, if constitutional amendment is available, amiright?

So they'll pass an amendment.

Problem solved

Because state laws must conform to state constitutions. If state laws are passed that violate the state’s constitution, they tend to get struck down in court.
