Yea, and I get people that call or text 2 or 3 times a week offering to buy my house and its not even for sale. For some stupid reason, they think $2 million is unreasonable.

Worst part is I’ve flipped about 8-10 properties in the last ten years. If I’d just have kept them all, I could retire and be a kickass philanthropist to boot.
