Texas Roll Call!

When holidays roll around, we all pitch in and get the expensive stuff- top end Jamesons and McAllens. This year, I'm aiming for Johnnie Walker Blue.
Very cool I try different stuff and save the empty bottles to know what I've tried. Always on the look out for good stuff. I try to start local first

Afternoon/evening Texas checkin in from Tyler, Tx just drove in from Pecos this morning after sitting in El Paso almost all day yesterday

It was a good afternoon in the Hill Country, relaxing in a refreshing pool, one that didn’t feel like bath water. Hard to find these days with the temperatures reaching 100 every day.

Hello Texas ... I haven't been on this thread in a while ... Shouting out from the Dallas area ... I'm not really in to Bourbon, but I was getting used to Kentucky Tavern for a while ... Black Velvet is also very smooth ... I actually prefer Brandy ... Paul Masson is very good and smooth ...

It's hot again after a little reprieve ... Time to go dip into the pool and again, then air out!

Trying to wake up this thread again. I know there are some Texans here somewhere :)

Is anyone in touch with Jenny? I haven't heard from her in ages.
woohoo! Waving at you from Hell's front porch here. I'm doing all right, just not really on the forums anymore. I do check my pm's periodically though, and am on chat under a different name. I hope everyone has managed to keep cool - we're on the home stretch of 100+ days now!

boo. . .
actually leaving TX for a job in Virginia Tomorrow!
But TX will always be home!
