Very true, and as Berenson notes in his OpEd: “This problem became acute at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic.”Twitter's policy enforcement has never been equally applied.

Absolutely. Public health during a pandemic is troublesome to keep up to date. There's been a ton of unverified information. They would've done better if they just denied everyone from using the platform for that type of information.Very true, and as Berenson notes in his OpEd: “This problem became acute at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic.”
The interesting thing about the Berenson case is that Twitter repeatedly assured Berenson that his Covid reporting was not violating content policy or was an issue at all with the company. Berenson‘s coverage during the pandemic has extensively relied upon and linked to government reporting data and scientific research studies. In his court filing, Berenson asserts that his relationship with Twitter changed abruptly over the course of one week in July, 2021.Absolutely. More like Musk offering a much lower price on the news. When freedom of speech returns to Twitter, so will real people, and thus its future value..The majority of everyone's followers of substance, are bots.
Can't wait till Musk backs out and dipshits find more ways to claim being a victim
Musk is doing a lot of shady things here, which have directly led to his advantages in both this "deal" and his Tesla involvement.More like Musk offering a much lower price on the news. When freedom of speech returns to Twitter, so will real people, and thus its future value..
Got a prediction on when this is going to happen?More like Musk offering a much lower price on the news. When freedom of speech returns to Twitter, so will real people, and thus its future value..
What does it cost now?More like Musk offering a much lower price on the news.
Good question. What does it cost now?

I think his initial offer was somewhere in the neighborhood of 43 billion. What does it cost now?
No, that's for Twitter. Not a news outlet.I think his initial offer was somewhere in the neighborhood of 43 billion.
Why are you clowns so hung up on private businesses being beholden to freedumb of speech?More like Musk offering a much lower price on the news. When freedom of speech returns to Twitter, so will real people, and thus its future value..
He might have to go to Mars in coach.musk lost $12 billion today.

He is trying to downplay Tesla's inability to deliver the product which people have already paid for multiple years after they paid for itNot only that, but he seems to be going out of his way to alienate the demographic that has been the most loyal customer base for Tesla. Is the "drill baby drill" MAGAworld gang suddenly going to get all fired up about electric vehicles because this dipshit has come out as Trump Lite?
He could have just counted his money from now until forever, but he had to get into the edgelord business.
This was my first thought when he started leaning a bit right and now that's a full-on Republitard, it will only worsen. Does someone have him in the Death Pool? Not only that, but he seems to be going out of his way to alienate the demographic that has been the most loyal customer base for Tesla. That being known, they still pay. My youngest bought one for his wife, eyes wide open.He is trying to downplay Tesla's inability to deliver the product which people have already paid for multiple years after they paid for it
Re. Twitter. He's playing a game that few know the rules of. The basic deal is that if either party backs out of the deal they have to pay one billion $$ to the remaining party. So if Musk backs out he's out a billion with nothing to show for it. But what if an audit shows that 25% +/- of the subscribers are bots? Quite frankly Twitter's stock tanks even further. This gives him the opportunity to renegotiate or expose them to the SEC. While the press is doing their best to take down Musk, it's Twitter that's under the gun. He’s a strange bird. All the criticisms are valid. Tesla product quality and delivery problems, stock price manipulation, smoking weed on social media, backpedaling on Twitter, etc.
The praises are valid too. He’s changed the international and governmental business model space exploration and travel, has helped the Ukrainian resistance immensely, is scaling battery production, etc.
I’ve enjoyed his Twitter show. Definitely rattled some cages. Hope it’s not over soon but think it probably is. Gotta respect the way he fucks around with his billions. Dude knows how to have fun.
And he never actually has to deliver the product...which is fun. That being known, they still pay. My youngest bought one for his wife, eyes wide open.

Of course. He's using social media to manipulate pricing.
