“Durham’s documents show that Hillary Clinton hired people who hacked into Trump’s home and office computers” and “planted evidence, fabricated evidence connecting Trump to Russia.”

  • A recent filing in one of two cases stemming from special counsel John Durham’s investigation spawned a flurry of false and misleading claims from pro-Trump pundits.

  • Durham has charged an attorney linked to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign with making a false statement to the FBI. The filing added new details about a 2017
meeting between the attorney and the CIA. It alleged that the attorney relayed concerns raised by another client, a technology executive, about internet traffic data from servers
associated with the White House and Donald Trump’s business.

  • Durham’s filing never alleged what Watters falsely claimed: that Clinton paid hackers to spy on Donald Trump before and during his presidency, break into his computers,
and then fraudulently frame him for colluding with Russia.

Anyone claiming that any filing shows that a hack took place or that someone gained access to computers is full of shit. And almost every report I've seen reporting on this wanders into this territory often during discussion.

Nothing has indicated Joffe was paid for any specific information and in fact, point to him offering the information up freely to intelligence agencies.

Is Jesse Watters the Adulterer on The Five or the weekend warrior that was too cowardly to join up full time, despite having the Declaration of Independence tattooed on his arm?

I get the American Values crowd mixed up.

"Special counsel John Durham alleged in a court filing Saturday that the Clinton campaign paid for a tech company to hack servers in former President Donald Trump’s residences and the White House to gather derogatory information on him during the 2016 campaign and while he was president.

"In the filing, Mr. Durham says the government has evidence that an unnamed tech executive 'exploited' an arrangement with the government to monitor Mr. Trump’s internet traffic at Trump Tower, Mr. Trump’s Central Park West apartment, the executive office of the president and an unnamed healthcare provider."

I just drop my golden nuggets of wisdom randomly without actually reading the threads.

Actually, under the Rules of Pleading, everything he put in there is assumed, for purposes of testing the pleadings, to be true and factually supported.

You can claim it isn't, but you need to produce actual evidence in order for your claim to be enough to override the allegations in the pleading. In this case it would require Perkins-Coe to deny their own billing statements by providing evidence that the documents they gave to Durham pursuant to his subpoenas were fabricated and false. Which opens a whole 'nother can of worms which are a LOT worse than the ones currently on display.
